On 30 June 2008, Indophil announced that the conditions to the offers had not been fulfilled.  As a result, at 7:00pm (Melbourne time) on 7 July, Indophil’s offer lapsed.  A copy of the Company`s ASX announcement can be found under the Lion Offer or ASX Releases.

All acceptances received from Lion Shareholders will be of no effect and those shareholders will be free to deal with the ordinary shares and options in Lion as they see fit.
