Neil Grimes
Executive General Manager Corporate Development
B .Bus (W.A.I.T.); MBA; CPA; Grad. Dip. Defence Mgt., psc (r)

Mr Grimes is a commercial and international business specialist with considerable international and domestic business operations, commercial negotiations and project management experience. From October 2005 to December 2011, Mr Grimes was the Business Development Manager for Oxiana Limited and held a similar position when Oxiana merged with Zinifex Limited in 2008 to form OZ Minerals, and then later with MMG Limited (2009-10) and Minmetals Resources Limited in Hong Kong (2011). Prior to joining Oxiana, Mr Grimes was with WMC Limited for 15 years and held several positions including Chief Accountant, Supply Superintendent and Commercial Manager at Kambalda Nickel Mines, followed by Finance Manager and Acting Commercial Manager of the Copper-Uranium Division overseeing Olympic Dam Operations and then Business Planning Manager for Copper-Uranium and Fertilisers and finally Business Manager for the Olympic Dam Expansion Project. Mr Grimes joined Indophil in January 2012. Mr Grimes also served with the Australian Army Reserve over 30 years achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and held Commanding Officer roles including time as Commander of the International military forces in the Solomon Islands in 2009.
   
Anita Krauser
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
B.Bus (Acc); MAcc; ASA; CFTP

Ms Krauser was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Indophil in December 2007. She is a qualified accountant with over 18 years experience holding a number of senior financial roles in several companies. Ms Krauser has considerable commercial and minerals industry experience in Australia and offshore. She was previously with Xtralis Pty Ltd and Lafayette Mining Limited. Ms Krauser is a member of the Finance and Treasury Association. Ms Krauser was appointed Company Secretary on 7 November 2008.
   
Wojciech (Voytek) Ozga
Chief Engineer
B.Eng (Mining); M.Sc.

Mr Ozga is a mining engineer with extensive international and domestic operating and project development experience. From September 2005 to January 2008, Mr Ozga was the General Manager of Ballarat Goldfields NL and Director of Operations. From 2001 to 2005, he was Director of Kazakhstan Operations for Celtic Resources. From 1989 to 2003, Mr Ozga worked for WMC Resources and held a number of managerial positions, including General Manager Central Norseman and Group Manager Mining Projects. As Group Manager, he managed all WMC mining projects including the Olympic Dam Mine Expansion project.
   
Richard Mirfield
Senior Manager - Technical
M.Eng.Sc.; B.Sc.; B.E. Hons (Metallurgical)

Mr Mirfield joined Indophil in 2006 and is the Senior Manager Technical. He is a metallurgical engineer with 20 years experience in operational, managerial and study roles, including with Western Mining Corporation (WMC). Project roles held with WMC included the Pinares nickel laterite project in Cuba, the Meliadine gold project in northern Canada, Olympic Dam expansion studies in South Australia and Queensland Phosphate. He was a contract metallurgist at Zinifex’s Century Mine in Queensland overseeing thickening, filtering, drying, concentrate handling and water treatment at the port. Mr Mirfield was involved in the Tampakan Project Pre-Feasibility Study. With Xstrata now managing the Tampakan Project, Mr Mirfield together with Mr Robbins, are the two Indophil representatives on the management committee overseeing the Tampakan Project.
   
Gavan Collery
Manager - Corporate Affairs


Mr Collery was appointed to his current position at Indophil in September 2005 to manage investor, media and community relations. He has worked in the mining industry in related capacities for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Indophil, Mr Collery worked with WMC for more than 14 years and prior to that with Elders Resources NZFP. In the context of WMC’s and Indophil’s long-standing interest in the Tampakan Project in the Philippines, Mr Collery is a Vice President and Life Member of the Australia-Philippines Business Council. He is a co-founder of the Melbourne Mining Club and sits on its Steering Committee. Mr Collery has a formal background in journalism.
   
David Wightman
Commercial and Finance
BEc (Acc); GDipAppFin (Finsia);

Mr Wightman is a commercial and finance specialist with over 20 years experience in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience in raising debt and equity capital, M&A transactions and business development. David joined Indophil in 2011 from CDL & Associates, a boutique financial and commercial advisory firm where he was an Associate Director. From 2004 to 2010, he was Associate Director at Viridis Energy Capital, the investment manager of an ASX listed infrastructure fund (Viridis Clean Energy Group) where he was responsible for corporate finance and business development activities. Prior to this, David held various senior corporate finance and commercial roles at Energy Developments Limited, the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance and management and project accounting roles for Western Mining Corporation Limited.
