The resource estimates at Tampakan have been performed by Dr Phillip Hellman of Hellman and Schofield Pty Ltd. Dr Hellman qualifies as a Competent Person under the meaning of the 2004 JORC Code.
The JORC compliant Mineral Resource estimate for the project as at 20 October 2009 is outlined in the table below. | | MINERAL RESOURCE | | | Measured | Indicated | Inferred | Total

These Mineral Resource estimates are reported above a 0.3% copper cut-off and are shown on a 100% ownership basis. Numbers in the above table are rounded, generally to two significant figures with tonnes and grades for inferred resources and grades in the total column rounded to one significant figure and the contained metal numbers rounded to the nearest 100,000. Mineral Resource estimates have only been reported if estimated blocks lie within a conceptual open pit which has been generated using Whittle software with pit slopes of 24-42 degrees and preliminary costs and metallurgical recoveries. This is due to the high topographic relief and the possibility of producing estimates at depths that have little possibility of conversion to Ore Reserves. A copper price of US$1.80/lb and gold price of US$700/oz have been assumed for the definition of this pit base. Blocks categorised as `potential mineralisation` have not been used to define this pit base. Competent Person: Dr Phillip Hellman.
